                                        NUTRITION FOR ATHLETES ALL IN ONE SHORT COURSE 

                                        This nationally recognised sports nutrition course is based on the latest research but presented in a practical and easy to follow format.  Developed by a nutritionist who worked extensively with elite athletes from various sports such as tennis, rugby union and rugby league, this course is not just theory it is based on real clinical situations with actual cases from elite athletes.  Additional support is offered by the twice NRL Premiership winning Sea Eagles Fitness Coach, Don Singe for those looking for additional information on strength and conditioning.

                                        If you are looking for fast CECs without the cost and without compromising quality this is the sports nutrition course for you! Enrolments are daily and course packs are sent out weekly. You can complete as quickly as you need or take more time if required.
