Tea, tea, tea….black, white, green, herbal the list goes on.  I seem to have about 6 different kinds on the go at one time, dependent on what sort of pick me up I am after.

For me, the tea isle at the supermarket is a bit of a Bermuda triangle…I can get lost in there for some time, trying to decide what I fancy or just plain-looking for the one I am after.  There are more and more becoming available which is makes the process that much harder!!

Slow food of Sardinian culture has many benefits...
A few months ago as part of a travel stint I visited Italian island of Sardinia. Of the places I’d been so far, this was up there with the most highly anticipated. Crystal clear Mediterranean waters of course are of high appeal, but for me the excitement lay in their food culture.
